First, I'm using AppleWin. The games need to be run from Integer mode, which you'll need the DOS 3.3 Master Disk for. You can find it here
https://mirrors.apple2.org.za/ftp.apple.asimov.net/images/masters/
I used the DOS 3.3 System Master (1982), but I'd imagine the other versions work fine as well.
Now open AppleWin and click the Drive 1 icon, select the DOS Master .dsk file. Now click the Drive 2 icon, select the Programma International Games Collection .dsk file. Click the rainbow colored Apple logo button above them to reboot with those loaded into the system. You'll start in the DOS Master Disk, all you need to do is type INT to go into Integer mode, and the line marker should change from a bracket to a >. Now Click the button below Drive 2 to swap which .dsk files are loaded into which Drives and reboot again. Now, you should be in the Games Collection and still in Integer mode. type CATALOG to get a list of the files and hit any key to scroll for the complete list. Now just type RUN followed by the name of the game you want, no file extensions necessary.
This was a long, laborious process to figure out, but it does work.
